IMPORTANT DATES 2022-2023

We will be sharing the final version of our 2022-2023 school year calendar shortly. For planning purposes please the following important dates ~

First Day of School...................AUGUST 16 - NOON DISMISSAL

Fall Break..................................OCTOBER 24 - 31

Christmas Break...................... DECEMBER 23 - JANUARY 2

Spring Break.............................MARCH 20 - MARCH 24

Last Day of School...................MAY 26

ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

Upon our return from Christmas break we will be nearing enrollment season for the 2022-2023 school year. ENROLLMENT for current families will open on MONDAY, JANUARY 24th. This includes current families who will be enrolling new siblings in our preschool and/or day school programs. Information related to tuition, the enrollment process etc. will be emailed to all parents and families a week prior to these date.

CATHOLIC SCHOOLS WEEK

This year Catholic Schools Week will take place January 31st - February 4th with our OPEN HOUSE scheduled for the Sunday prior, January 30th. For those new to us Catholic Schools Week is a busy week filled with a variety of activites and celebrations. These celebrations at times include dress up days or special theme days. We will share all of the fun details as soon as we have completed the schedule!

CHECKING LUNCH AND BASK ACCOUNTS

THANK YOU to everyone who continues to turn in their BASK and CAFE payments. Updated CAFE statements will be sent out today for your review. BASK payments can be made via check made out to St. Charles Borromeo and turned in to the school office. CAFE payments can be made via check made out to St. Charles Borromeo or via paypal to @fsccafe. For any questions related to bask please email bask@borromeoschool.com. For any questions related to Cafe bills please email cafe@borromeoschool.com.

LOST & FOUND

There are several items in our lost and found areas located by the main office and primary doors. Please remind your kiddos stop by and look for some of their own possessions... aka...jackets, sweaters, water bottles etc.

NURSE'S NOTES

If you have received your COVID vaccine and want it to be documented in our FACTS system please send records to Nurse Quarando at nurse@borromeoschool.com. Please note this is not a requirement.

Just a quick reminder, Please remember to bring water bottles to school, we are going through alot of cups recently.

Also please remember to bring masks and extra in as well in case the one your child is wearing gets dirty, lost or dropped.

CAFE HELP

We are grateful for ALL OF OUR Cafe helpers. Our first session (11:00-12:00) is a slower pace with K-3 students and is mostly helping open items, pass out disposable silverware and condiments, help kiddos stand in line patiently for recess, and help wipe off tables. The second session (12:00-1:00) is a much faster pace yet has lots of kiddos 4-8 grade in and out of the Cafe in less than an hour. This is mostly monitoring/walking the room and helping wipe off tables. Thank you in advance and thank you to those who have helped in the past and continue to help!

BASK for January

Here is the September sign-up for BASK. Important INFO: If you have more than one child that will be attending BASK please sign them up separately or change the number of children to how many children. Then in the comments put our child's names so we can make sure they are on our list for the day.
