Randolph Families,
We made it! We are looking forward to a few more fun days before we officially close out the 23-24 school year! Thank you for your support throughout the year! Randolph is a very special place and I am thankful everyday to lead this community. Wednesday and Thursday are early dismissal days. We will dismiss at 12:30pm so please be at your child's bus stop 2 hours earlier than usual. Don't forget to wear RED, WHITE & BLUE on the last day (Thursday, June 6th). Thank you!
LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL
Monday 6/3
- 5th Grade Graduation begins @8:30am outside in the bus loop (bring your sunglasses)
- 5th Grade YMCA End of Year Pool Party!
Tuesday 6/4
- 5th grade vs. Staff Annual Kick Ball Game
- First Responders Day for 4th and 5th Grade
- Fire Drill at 1:00pm
Wednesday 6/5
- Early dismissal at 12:30pm.
Thursday 6/6
- LAST DAY OF SCHOOL - WEAR RED, WHITE & BLUE (an RES tradition!)
- Early dismissal at 12:30pm.

IMPORTANT SUMMER NEWS
RANDOLPH SUMMER OFFICE HOURS:
We will be open to the public from 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday. There will be times our office will be closed, so we highly encourage you to call the school BEFORE coming to the building. There will be a number of off site trainings, as well as front office floor cleaning, that will result in closing the front office. We will always post a sign on the door indicating the reason for the closure, should there be no one there to serve you. Thanks for your understanding!
GOOCHLAND PARKS AND REC AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM 24-25 (AT RANDOLPH):
The team at Goochland Parks and Rec will be opening the program up on July 1st! You can preview the form attached below.
FINE ARTS CAMP MESSAGE:
Important message for the parents and students of the June 10th - 13th GCPS Fine Arts Summer Camp: Snacks will be available for purchase at our summer camp session, however, feel free to send a snack with your child each day if you do not wish to purchase a snack.

The RES PTA is also joining forces with GES and BES to help host a night at Hidden Rock Park for all the families who will be attending the new GES next year! Event will be June 11th (rain date June 12th) from 5-7! We hope to see you there to meet all the new friends!
