Learning Takes Flight: SIS Students Study the Science Behind Hot Air Balloons
Students at Sunnyvale Intermediate School had an unforgettable adventure under the guidance of Mrs. Stovall on Monday, March 10 as they experienced the thrill of riding in a hot air balloon, combining fun with learning.
As part of their project, students also tested their own crafted balloons, applying the
math, reading, research, and creative writing skills they've been developing in class. It was a fantastic way to experience lessons coming to life!
A big thank you to the Sunnyvale Education Foundation who made this event possible!
