Carpool …. Lunch …. 3:20pm Dismissal …. Hooray!!!
Crocker is back in action and our children's lives are returning to a typical schedule. I hope you’ve found moments to connect with the Crocker community. We had a great showing at our Welcome Back Coffee, our 6th and 7th Grade Networking Meetings, and the 6th Grade and New Families Parent Reception.
We intend to hold as many events as possible this year. Middle school flies by in three short years and many of you have told me you still feel like you are “new” to Crocker, even if you have an 8th grader!

I am grateful to be part of such an engaged community and appreciate the parent volunteer hours that have already been logged. A special shout out to Danielle Simon, Jen Keane, Beth Grossman and their 6th Grade and New Family Parent Reception team who put on a gorgeous event.

Photo Day Is Coming!
Hello Crocker Middle SchoolFamilies!
iClickSmiles will be taking individual photos of your student in three weeks!!
Thursday, October 7th & Friday, October 8th!!
There are no envelopes to fill out prior to photo day, and no pre-payment is necessary – All Students will be photographed. You will be able to view and order photos online 7-10 days after photos are taken.

Your child will learn popular ballroom dances by a professional instructor in a socially distanced setting. While learning about protocol with respect to formal dancing; from asking for a dance to escorting your dance partner back to their table.
Dress Code:
Gentlemen/
Suit (sports coat & slacks), button down shirt & tie, & dress shoes(no tennis shoes).
Ladies/
Dress or semi formal clothing, dance appropriate dress shoes or flats & mandatory white gloves (available on amazon under women’s formal bridal gloves).

GIVING DAY IS SEPTEMBER 23rd
HSF Giving Day is almost here. On this day, we ask every family to help us continue funding the Hallmarks of a Hillsborough Education: exceptional teachers and staff, excellence in math and reading, smaller class sizes, dedicated counselors and specialists and 1:1 devices. Look for us in our HSF green t-shirts at your school sites on September 23rd, or simply make your donation today.
We invite you to join us on “Centre Court" with a Wimbledon Picnic inspired Hillsborough Classic Luncheon & Fashion Show. Tennis games will be played Thursday October 21, followed by luncheon and fashion show featuring the latest fall trends from Sam Malouf Authentic Luxury on Friday October 22 at the San Mateo Marriott.
