1. A staff member from the Zion Public Library visited Beulah Park Elementary on Wednesday, May 15, to read stories about bugs to the students and then help them create fingerprint bug art. The students enjoyed the engaging story and enjoyed making their unique fingerprint bug art.
2. The Cooking With Arbor program at Zion Central organized its final school year session to educate students about the nutritious benefits of quinoa. Students learned about its origins, health benefits, and versatility in cooking. They worked together to prepare a Quinoa Salad and showcased their creation, offering samples to their peers during lunch.
