Grizzly Community Update
Friday, April 18, 2025
Introduction
Good afternoon Grizzlies,
I hope you had a great Spring Break last week and that this week back was productive. It has been great to be back at school and I think we are all ready to finish out the school year strong.
We have a huge week ahead beginning on Monday we are hosting our WASC accreditation committee through Wednesday. The committee is made up of educators from across Northern California who will meet with staff, students, and parents to learn about their experiences and validate the report that we put together to describe how we are working to improve student learning. We still need parents willing to be part of a panel with the committee Monday, April 21 from 5-6pm in the CHS Library. If you are interested, please fill out this form.
Next week is senior week and concludes with our final rally of the school year. Students, please be aware of our rally day bell schedule.
Tuesday morning we will celebrate all of our seniors that will sign their national letter of intent to play their sport in college during our Spring Signing Day event. We will begin our celebration at 7:45 am in the Old Gym.
Wednesday through Friday nights the community is invited to see The SpongeBob Musical performed by our drama program. See the details below.
The week end with Senior Ball on Saturday night at the Academy of Science in San Francisco.
Have a great weekend and get ready for an exciting upcoming week!
Respectfully,
Mr. Ball
