Week Ahead

Halloween was a big hit. The kids (and teachers) had a blast dressing up for the holiday. Just a reminder to keep the candy at home and not send it in for snack or lunch.

This week we continue to hold Parent Teacher Conferences. Conferences will be held on Wednesday from 2-4pm. In addition, we will be holding evening conferences on Thursday from 6-8pm. Please reach out to your child's teacher to schedule a conference.

Many of you are already familiar with Pick Up Patrol from your Forestdale days. We have decided to use this app here at Oak Ridge. This week families will receive an email inviting you to download the Pick Up Patrol app to help manage your child's end of day routines. As part of this process we will not be accepting emails for pick up changes. All changes will need to be done on the app. All changes must be put in by noon. After that, you will need to call the main office. Our goal is to have everyone update their pick up routines by the end of the week and begin using this fully on November 12th after the long weekend.
