The Tide Times is Legacy Magnet Academy's student-led newsletter, and the third edition (below)was released on Wednesday. The newsletter features articles such as an interview with Mr. Tanara, a games section, a Winter Arc guide, and many more!

Hello LMA families!!!!

Get ready for a night of fun and games at our Family Bingo Night on December 13th, doors open at 5:00 PM, Bingo starts at 6:30 PM.

It’s a perfect chance to hang out with your kiddos, other families and our LMA Community. We’ve got music, awesome prizes, and even more Bingo cards for sale to boost your winning chances! Each LMA student will receive a free bingo set with their student ID. Bingo sets are $5 for three games.

To support our classrooms, we’ll have drinks, snacks, and food for purchase.

The online Holiday Auction at Legacy begins today! We are offering an amazing opportunity to gift your students with one-of-a-kind experiences with their favorite teachers/staff. From being PE Coach for the Day to learning to cook Korean food with their friends, there are over 30 experiences to choose from. Our annual Fall Festival was this Friday! There were many fun activities like pumpkin painting, pie-a-teacher, and a pie-eating contest for students! We hope you had fun!

On Monday, Business of Gaming hosted an exciting TUPE Gaming Event in the gym during Point Break. Students got the chance to win a PS5! Congrats Anay Patel!

Support our Angel Tree Drive from December 2nd to 13th! We're accepting new or gently used toys. Visit the tree in the front office to choose an ornament that represents a child in need. All toys will be donated to Tustin Family and Youth Center! By donating, you will be entered into a drawing to win a Minnie Mouse or Marvel Loungefly backpack!

Next week is Thanksgiving break, and we hope you all have an amazing time off! Enjoy the time to relax, recharge, and spend time with family and friends. Wishing you a fun and restful break! See you when you get back!

Senior Holiday Ho-Ho-Ho Down is coming up on Friday, Dec 6, 5-8 PM (DATE CHANGE!). There will be fun activities like making your own ornament, cookie decorating, and a movie in the background of the event. There will also be delicious treats like a Hot cocoa station and Raising Canes! It is totally FREE!

Come check out Legacy’s Winter Club Fair on Friday, December 6 during seminar and lunch! Bring CASH and shop to support our clubs!

High Schoolers! Save the date for the 2025 Winter Formal coming your way, on January 25th at the Tustin Ranch Golf Course! More details are coming soon so keep an eye out for any announcements, you won't want to miss out. Also, don't forget, prom is coming up too! So make sure you look out for more reminders and information about the dance.

Next Monday is our first TIDEpool Tutoring session. This is a time for Middle School students to receive help from their High School mentors. It will take place in Mr. Maduenos' room every Monday during point break.
