This form is for parents/guardians who plan to attend the color run on Friday, Feb 14. You can run with your child for a $25 donation. Also, there is a section to complete if you plan to check out your student after the color run.

Does your child bring a cup or bottle to school?

Students may NOT have anything other than water in their resealable mug or bottle that they bring to school.

They can have beverages other than water in their lunch kit but those must be consumed during their lunch period.
