Happy Thanksgiving
Wishing you joy and peace as you celebrate Thanksgiving next week. I hope the holiday provides you the well-deserved opportunity to relax, enjoy time with treasured family and friends, and express your appreciation for all those who enrich your lives with their generosity and spirit.
As you settle into the holiday, I hope you're also able to celebrate the tremendous positive impact you have on our students and their families. I am so thankful for a staff that loves our kids as much as you all do.

Gabby Rosales
From Ms. Foss:
I'd like to highlight one of my students in Panther Press!
Gabriela Rosales - she got accepted into the Little Design Shop Program with the district.
She was also the October student pre-para trainee of the month due to her continued growth and maturity.
She also had a beautiful full circle moment where the students at PS 54 wanted to help her organize her artwork because she is always sharing her art with them, creating coloring sheets and helping with various projects.
Attached is her acceptance letter, her student of the month poster and photos of her with students at PS 54

SHOUT OUTS
#P373KStudentMVP
100% agree. So proud of Tyrone, and huge shout out to Mr. Rios, Mr. Sekani, Mr. Cornell and Mr. Aaron.
From Mr. Gooden:
As I reflect on being an educator, I think we all can admit we are sometimes guilty of highlighting the negative behaviors of students and the adverse effects it has around our school. However, I would like to give a well-earned and deserved shout out to Tyrone Robinson from Mr. Rios's class for panther press. This school year I feel Tyrone has been an example to student body at P373K of turning around his behavior and maturing and growing for success. He has led by example, taken many initiatives, and provided a helping hand when needed without question! I wish him the best in his continuous growth and hope his newfound leadership can turn into mentorship for his peers. #P373KStudentMVP
