Williamson County Community Health Survey
The purpose of this survey is to get your opinions about the health and well-being in Williamson County. The Williamson County Community Health Assessment (CHA) Task Force will use the results of this survey, along with interviews and focus groups with community members to identify the most urgent problems which can be addressed through community action efforts. Your opinion is needed and important. Your voice matters to us and will be put into action!
Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete it.
If you have any questions, please visit our website at www.healthywilliamsoncounty.org/cha.
Student Chromebooks
In order for your child to learn effectively and be successful in the classroom, they need to bring their fully charged school issued device and charger to school every day. A good practice for this is to have students charge their Chromebook at home with their Chromebook in their backpack. Remember, bringing Chromebooks and having them charged will enhance your students learning during the school day.
If your student has a broken Chromebook, please contact our librarian, Ms. Long, at clong@florenceisd.net for payment options.
Notes from the Nurse
24 hour rule: If your child is sick, they cannot return to school must be clear of symptoms (diarrhea, vomiting or fever) without medication for 24 hours.
Any questions? Please contact Nurse Melissa Tipsword at mtipsword@florenceisd.net
