Gain a deeper understanding of Project GLAD (Guided Language Acquisition Design), an effective standards-based Instructional model for teaching English language development and literacy for students at all levels of English proficiency. In GLAD Builder I, teachers will learn effective strategies that can be implemented into existing curriculum, learn how to apply techniques that increase student motivation, and learn to scaffold and use cooperative discipline techniques to promote student focus. Presented by CMS teacher Glenna Ainley and GHP instructional coach Denise Olson. Earn up to 3 clock hours.

Expand your knowledge of Project GLAD (Guided Language Acquisition Design), an effective standards-based Instructional model for teaching English language development and literacy for students at all levels of English proficiency. In GLAD Builder II, teachers will learn about the importance of input/output to enhance instruction, learn effective note taking, and learn to use backwards planning. Presented by CMS teacher Glenna Ainley and GHP instructional coach Denise Olson. Earn up to 3 clock hours.

Complete your knowledge of Project GLAD (Guided Language Acquisition Design), an effective standards-based Instructional model for teaching English language development and literacy for students at all levels of English proficiency. In GLAD Builder III, teachers will learn important reading and writing strategies to enhance instruction, and learn to effectively use year-long planning. Presented by CMS teacher Glenna Ainley and GHP instructional coach Denise Olson. Earn up to 3 clock hours.
