Portrait of a Graduate Student Spotlight
This school year, we are recognizing York Suburban students who represent the Portrait of a Graduate qualities we strive to instill in our students through our curriculum, opportunities, and experiences. This month, we are proud to spotlight Clarence Cashour V, Class of 2025, as a student who exemplifies our Well-Rounded Contributor competency.
Thanks to his incredible work ethic, Clarence Cashour has taken advantage of all York Suburban High School has to offer. While taking multiple Advanced Placement and College in High School courses, Clarence participated in Student Council, Varsity Football, Marching Band, Concert Band, the A Capella Singing Group, Musicals, Trojan Theatre, Quiz Bowl, and Technology Student Association (TSA). He also applied for and was accepted into Future Leaders of York and the Math, German, Tri-M Music, and Theatre Honor Societies. Clarence was also recognized this year as a Commended Scholar by the National Merit Scholarship Program, YAIAA Division II Football All-Star, and a member of the Homecoming Court.
Clarence is one of those students who has mastered balancing school work and activities and is respected by staff and his fellow students. He truly exemplifies our Well-Rounded Contributor competency. Clarence, thank you for all you have done and continue to do for York Suburban.
Sincerely,
Scott Krauser, Ed.D., Superintendent of Schools
