New French Horn Lesson Teacher
Please welcome Luke Kennedy as our new French Horn private lesson instructor. Luke Kennedy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Sam Houston State University. After graduating he spent eight years teaching band before transitioning to private instruction. Currently, Luke teaches private lessons and masterclasses for Mesquite ISD and serves as a private instructor for GCISD.
In attention to teaching, Luke is the Secretary/Treasurer for COrDallas Horns, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting horn education across the metroplex and state. CorDallas hosts annual summer camps that specialize in horn instruction and development.
Outside of his professional work, Luke enjoys sewing, gardening, and exploring local craft fairs.

PTSA
The GHS PTSA gathers all of our parent volunteer hours every month. No time is too little to submit- if you volunteered even a half hour handing out popsicles, they want to know!
This will be the same link you will submit your volunteer hours to every month (by the 10th).
Thanks for all the time you spend supporting our students! We couldn’t do it without your support!
