♪ Deep Wood Dinoharmonic Ensemble ♪

The Deep Wood Dinoharmonic Ensemble is an after-school instrument class for fourth and fifth graders. The ensemble will involve playing the ukuleles and some percussion instruments, singing, and the fifth graders can also play recorders. We meet Mondays from 2:55 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. from February 3rd until April 28th in the music room. We will share our learning in a concert on Tuesday, April 29th at 8:00 a.m. in our cafeteria. Healthy Cougs Club is sponsoring Chisholm Trail's 3rd annual Blood Drive on Friday, January 24th, 2025.

This event is for anyone in our school and surrounding community age 17+ who is willing and able to donate blood.

Our goal is to have 30 people donate. There are available times to sign up throughout the entire day. See the attached flyer for more information and here to sign up.

Please invite any local friends or family to donate if they can!

Dino Readers -- To earn a free ticket to Schlitterbahn, track your reading and turn in your reading log to Mrs. Barr once you've reached the required number of minutes.

Schlitterbahn requires 10 hours total (or 600 minutes). Families can also receive discounted tickets to join in the fun if a student fulfills the reading requirements.
