A Review Back of Last Week
Did you say CODING?
All things coding (Bluetooth bee bots, spheros, and more)!!! This group of students were actively intrigued to learn how to create objects with movements as Mrs. Lawrence led them in understanding an intro to coding.
Shake! Shake! Shake!
Dr. Edmond helps a couple of students take a break from shaking their bags to make some delicious ice cream.
UV Beads - UV Protection
Thank you to Ms. NeSmith & Ms. Rochelle Findlay for helping families create a UV bracelet with beads to see the effects of the sun.
Learning The Five Senses
Ms. Hayes's Pre-K babies learned about the five senses this week. They ended the week with some real-life applications.
How Are Your Taste Buds?
Check out the look on their faces! Our student leaders had a chance to taste items that were sweet, salty, sour, and bitter.
What Do Kids Favor?
When it comes to eating snacks and different food items, we can see that our 4-year old leaders prefer to stay away from the bitter items. Just give them the sweet chocolate, sour candy, or salty chips and pretzels.😀
BOOK FAIR READY!!!
We are READY to BOOM with our Fall Book Fair! It is now open during our regular school hours, with special evening hours this Wednesday, September 4th.
Book Fair Preview
Thank you to this class of 4th grade student leaders for dropping in to preview the items available at this year's book fair. Now, go get your money to come back to spend this week.
