Our Theatre and Dance Department has a great tradition of educating performing artists who are excelling in all disciplines. Both theatre and dance graduates have performed on Broadway and in national tours such as Lion King, Cats and the Rockettes, and on television. They have performed, directed and designed in professional venues around the country such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and the Bay Area; and they have successfully founded new theatre and dance companies in many of these same cities. Playwriting has emerged as one of our newest disciplines to grab the limelight, with recent graduates winning national recognition awards and having their work produced off-Broadway.
