Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Guardians,
I am delighted to share that our school report card rating has improved from average to good for the first time! This achievement is a testament to the incredible partnership we have with you, our dedicated families.
Thank you for your unwavering support, involvement, and commitment to your children's education. Your encouragement at home, participation in school events, and collaboration with our staff have played a vital role in this success. It is through our combined efforts that we create an environment where our students can thrive.
Let’s continue to work together to build on this momentum. I am excited for what lies ahead and grateful to have such a supportive community by our side.
With sincere appreciation,
David Copeland Jr.
Report Cards Issued - October 24
Richland One Parents and Guardians,
We want to inform you about an important update from the Richland One Office of Accountability, Assessment, Research and Evaluation regarding the distribution of interim reports and report cards. To facilitate communication and receive your child's academic progress quickly, parents/guardians will be sent an email link to access all interim reports and report cards electronically. This approach provides quicker access to these critical documents and supports our efforts to go green.
Please note that if you have children in pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and/or Montessori programs, you will continue to receive paper copies of your student’s interim reports and report cards.
Thank you for your continued support and involvement in your children’s education. Your active participation is integral to their success.
Parent Teacher Conferences - October 25
Don’t forget, Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up on Friday October 25, 2024! This is a great opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher and discuss their progress. Please reach out to your child’s teacher or call the school to schedule an appointment.
This is also an early dismissal day for students. Students will be released at 11:00 a.m.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Next SIC Meeting - 11-20-24 (In Person)
Our next School Improvement Council meeting will be held in person at 3:15 p.m. in the school library.
