School Pictures
- School pictures were taken on Tuesday, August 27th
- To place an order or for any questions, contact: HR Imaging (hrimaging.com).
- It is important for students to be photographed every year to receive a new student ID and to be included in the yearbook. However, NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.
- If for some reason your student has not yet been photographed, the make up day is Friday, October 11th during 5th period
Parking Pass Information for the 2024-2025 School Year
Effective September 3, 2024
- You MUST have a 2024-2025 DCHS parking pass to park in the student lot.
- Those without a pass will be asked to move their car.
- All forms must be submitted in full.
- Passes may be picked up in the Main Office. See Mrs. Richards.
- At this time, parking passes are only available for Seniors and Juniors.
- Students without a student parking pass may still drive to school, but must park in the parking lot next to the Dublin Community Recreation Center.
Twilight School - Begins on September 4, 2024
Twilight School/Homework Help will begin on Wednesday, September 4th and is held every Wednesday after school, in the library from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Students do not need to remain at Twilight School the entire time and will have the freedom to leave early if needed. Transportation will be provided at 4:30 pm. Dublin Coffman Stadium Safety & Security
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: We are asking all parents and fans to review the following information from our district’s Coordinator of Safety and Security.
Tailgating: While fans are encouraged to have FUN and enjoy spending time with family and friends prior to athletic events, no alcoholic beverages or other intoxicating substances are permitted on school grounds. Additionally, individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances are not permitted to attend events. To ensure cooperation with district policy and state law, we will have both school resource officers and school administrators monitoring our facilities and parking areas this season.

BAGS: Any bags will be searched by security at the gate.
FIELD PASSES: Field passes are required to gain access to the track/sideline areas for HOME games.
In the event of illness or injury, parents/guardians will not be permitted on the field until authorized by the Athletic Training staff and/or OhioHealth Team Physician.
FOOD & DRINK: No food or drink will be permitted from outside the stadium.
RE-ENTRY: No RE-ENTRY at any point during the game.
TICKETING & GATES: Once ticket sales close at the end of the 3rd quarter, no additional entry will be permitted. Gates will not open for free admission, so be sure to purchase your tickets in advance.
News from the Guidance Office
Financial Aid/FAFSA Presentation
- Dublin City Schools Parent Meeting (students welcome)
- Representatives from OSU's Financial Aid Office will guide parents and students through a presentation designed to help families with the college financial aid process.
- Come learn about the recent changes to the FAFSA and gain knowledge that will help with how to navigate this process.
- When: Tuesday, Oct. 15th 7:00-8:30 (45 min presentation followed by time for questions with OSU financial aid reps)
- Where: Dublin Scioto High School - Performing Arts Center
- Target Audience: Primarily Parents of Seniors and Juniors, but all DCS parents and students are welcome!
Please note, this district-wide presentation will be held at Dublin Scioto High School, 4000 Hard Road, Dublin OH 43016.

2024 Yearbooks
2024 yearbooks will arrive later this fall. Announcements with distribution information will be made at school and in the Coffman eNews newsletter. Books will be available for pick up during school hours.
Dublin Coffman PTO
The first PTO Meeting of the school year will be a virtual meeting on September 25th, beginning at 7:00 PM. Members of the school counseling office will join Mr. Parrill in a College Preparation discussion. Links for the meeting will be shared in advance and parents will have the opportunity to ask questions. All are welcome!

Parent-Teacher Conferences for 2024-2025
Mark your calendars for parent-teacher conferences planned from 3:00 - 6:30 PM on the following dates:
- September 26, 2024
- November 7, 2024
- January 23, 2025
- March 6, 2025
Appointments are required and may be scheduled with your student's teacher for an in-person or virtual conference. You may email your student's teacher directly to schedule a conference.
Virtual Parent Meetings
Mr. Parrill will be hosting Virtual Parent Meetings with a similar format as prior years. The first virtual parent meeting of the school year will be on September 18th from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Details will be shared in advance via Coffman eNews.

Driver's Education
Driver’s Education Classes are offered to DCS students through the After School Activities program. Training is provided by Driving Schools of Ohio and offers classes during non-school hours this fall at each of our high schools. Learn more.
