๐บ GOHS Alumni Brennan Jackson Makes Waves at the 2024 NFL Combine ๐
A Journey from GOHS to the Big Stage
Exciting news coming out of Indianapolis for GOHS Wolfpack alumni Brennan Jackson as he steps onto the grand stage of the NFL Combine. This momentous occasion marks a pivotal juncture in Jackson's journey from his days at Rancho Elementary to the pinnacle of professional football aspirations.
Brennan Jackson's narrative is one of perseverance, dedication, and unwavering commitment to his craft. Having also walked through the halls of Margarita Middle School, Jackson's trajectory epitomizes the quintessential American dream of transforming raw talent into refined skill through relentless effort. ๐ฏ TES After School Enrichment Growth
Last year, the TES community input revealed that many of their families wanted more enrichment opportunities for their children. As a result, with Title 1 funding they started after school "clubs" run by staff members and included opportunities such as gardening, sports, STEM, singing, and art. This semester, the program has grown and they have 394 students signed up!
How it Works
Students attend six different clubs two afternoons a week for four weeks. Additionally, since many families wanted a sports opportunity they hired "Kicks to Learn", a six-week after-school soccer program with three coaches!
