SCHEDULE

If your fitting and sectional are on the same day, GO TO YOUR SECTIONAL. You can make up your fitting the day before or after your originally scheduled time.

• Monday 11/29: Wind Symphony/Wind Ensemble Gentlemen (7:00 AM-8:30 AM)
• Tuesday 11/30: Symphonic Winds/Symphonic Band Gentlemen (7:00 AM-8:30 AM)
• Wednesday 12/1: Wind Symphony/Wind Ensemble Ladies (7:00 AM-8:30 AM)
• Thursday 12/2: Symphonic Winds/Symphonic Band Ladies (7:00 AM-8:30 AM)
• Friday 12/3: Makeup (Very, very last day to receive concert attire) (7:00 AM-8:30 AM)

Uniform Fitting Guidelines:

• - Uniform fittings occur in the Orchestra Room Uniform Room.
  
• - Go into the Orchestra Room SILENTLY, as there are sectionals occurring.
  
• - Enter the Uniform Room.
  
• - If the room is too full, wait SILENTLY by the door until there is more room.
  
• - If you are wearing a tuxedo: be ready to try on pants and a jacket.
  
• - If you are wearing a dress: be ready to slip the dress on over a thinner top layer of clothing.
  
• - Be sure that your uniform is checked out to you on Charms by a volunteer.
  
• - Get a garment bag and label it with your name and item numbers.
  
• - Hang it on the racks provided.
  
• - Take it home! Hang it up!
  

We need parent volunteers to help with concert attire fittings. No previous experience is required!

• Fittings will occur 11/29-12/3 from 7:00 AM-8:45 AM. If you are available even just one of those mornings, even if you could not stay the entire time, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Wylie HS is hosting the All-Region Auditions on December 4 (Phase 1) and December 6 (Phase 2). We will need an army of parent help. This is all INSIDE and WAY easier than how you have helped with the marching band.
