Brief Message From the Principal

Dear Altoona Elementary Community,

It's been a wonderful week of growth and achievement at Altoona Elementary! As we move through the second week of our Winter Assessment Window, we're excited to see great progress across the board. The hard work and dedication of our students are truly shining, and there are so many moments to celebrate. We're proud of the strides they're making as we continue this journey together. In this update, you’ll find the following:

There is NO SCHOOL for students on Monday, January 20, 2025.

We are just over THREE WEEKS away from our Golf & Games in the Halls event! We are still needing volunteers! If you have availability, please consider signing up for a slot. We truly need all hands on deck to make this event successful!

If you are not able to help out, do you have a high schooler that needs Silver Cord hours? A middle schooler that wants to help supervise a game or a game room or a golf hole?
