Notes from the Office
*Just a reminder... Please be sure to have your ID with you if you need to pick up your child or are visiting Rosemont any time throughout the day. Thank you!
*If your child will be going home from school a different way, please be sure to send a note or Class Dojo message to the teacher.
*When sending in cash to school for various things, please have exact change. Checks can no longer be accepted. There are credit card payment options for field trips, etc. Thank you!
*When your child is absent, there is no need to call the school. Please make sure you send a note with your student when he/she returns to school. Absence notes may now be submitted electronically this year by following this link:
https://www.berkeleycountyschools.org/o/bcs/page/absencenote
It is very important to submit a note or send a note for your student.
Also, when your child is absent, calls are made district-wide to let parents/guardians know. If you know that your child is home, you do not need to call the school. It is a courtesy call for families and mainly is applicable to older students, but is a district-wide system.
Once again, please also note the changes to the BCS Attendance Policy. Please remember that "Leave of Educational Value" is no longer an option.
