MANDATORY DISNEY/PARENT STUDENT MEETING - FEBRUARY 6 - MHS BAND ROOM

The February Band Booster meeting will be held at 7:00pm in the MHS Band Room. At 7:30pm, the MANDATORY DISNEY PARENT & STUDENT MEETING will begin. ALL students & 1 parent/guardian is REQUIRED to attend for each student per MHS Band & MHS Administration. If you have not RSVP'd on the Band app, please do so! Attendance will be taken and the meeting will need to be made up privately with Mrs. Adams if missed!!

Popcorn pick-up will take place between 6:30-6:45pm before the Band Booster meeting tomorrow, Tuesday, February 6.

If you are interested in participating in the Band Athlete Recruitment poster, please stop by the Band Room this Wednesday, February 7 between C Lunch and 2:30pm. Please attend with your sports jersey/equipment or band uniform. Your instrument will be included in the photo!

FINAL DISNEY PAYMENT- DUE WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 21

The final Disney payment is Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Payments must be on time!!

JAZZ ENSEMBLE WORKSHOP - RESCHEDULED TO SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10 (JAZZ ENSEMBLE STUDENTS ONLY)

The Jazz Ensemble Workshop has been rescheduled to Saturday, February 10th from 10:00am-4:00pm. This is a mandatory event for all Jazz students as we prepare for Jazz Festival. The Eastern Regional Jazz Festival will be held on Saturday, February 24th at Jefferson High School. Performance times will be sent out as they are received.

DRUMLINE PERFORMANCE @ AIRBORNE CHURCH - SUPER BOWL SUNDAY - FEBRUARY 11

The Drumline has been requested to perform at Airborne Church for their Super Bowl Sunday Services. Report time will be 7:30am and students will be released at 11:30am. Breakfast will be provided. Dress is band shirts and jeans. Equipment will be brought to Airborne Church.

JAZZ ENSEMBLE - EASTERN REGIONAL JAZZ FESTIVAL - SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 24

The Jazz Ensemble will perform at the Eastern Regional Jazz Festival on Saturday, February 24 at Jefferson High School. Student report time is 9:45am and dress is professional concert black. Students are in charge of their instruments and music folders. Warm-Up time is 11:00am and performance is 11:30am. Students are dismissed directly after our performance after loading the band trailer.
