For Your Information and Action

As you know, we have been working with families, one house at a time, to try and problem solve access issues. While we are making progress, we have not been able to get everyone connected yet. For those of you who need it, we will have remote access hub space available in the school building. We are not able to provide supervision at this time, so all students will need to be accompanied by an adult. If you need access to a space, please contact me immediately in order to ensure a space is reserved for you.

Thank you all for your patience and flexibility as we wait for our devices to arrive. I appreciate how many of you indicated that you have a device your child can use for now. With this cooperation, I will have just enough school devices to issue to those who have nothing. If you need a device for your child, please contact me immediately to be sure that I have you on the list for a device.

Finally, the school issued chrome books will be available for distribution tomorrow, Thursday 9/10 from 4-6 pm at the school. We will be issuing them with curbside pickup out in front of the school. If that time will not work for you, please let me know and we will make other arrangements. At this time, I will only be able to issue chrome books to those on my list, so please make sure I know if you need one.

All students are eligible for free lunch from Sep 16-Dec 31st. Meals will be available for curbside pickup between 12-1 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. (Monday's distribution will be for 2 days, Wednesday's distribution will be for 2 days, and Friday's distribution will be for 1 day, similar to how we were distributing in June) Students who are in our high needs program and who are using the internet hubs are also able to get meals while they are here.

You will be receiving a menu and a google form in your email later today. You must pre-register for meals by Friday of the preceding week for the following week so that we have an accurate count. So, if you are interested in meals Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday of next week, you will need to pre-register by the end of the day this Friday.

We also understand that things can come up and you may have ordered a lunch that you are unable to pick up or you may decide at the last minute that you need something.
