According to State and Federal maps, Polk County residents have adequate internet and broadband accessibility, which we all know is incorrect! We have an opportunity to provide data and input that will challenge those maps and provide more accurate information. Please help us with imputing data through the link provided. It must be done from your residence and/or business location.

If you have a school HOTSPOT, please choose Verizon as your provider on the Survey. It is very important that we have everyone take the survey. Again, if you have a school hotspot, the provider is Verizon.
