Please note that the fall sports season starts on Monday, August 19. A current physical form (completed after May 1, 2024) must be turned in prior to participating.
Physical forms are available in the office or at https://www.olatheschools.org/Page/9564. The district will continue with an online format to submit Pre-Participation Physical, Concussion, Substance Abuse, and Transportation forms. Please follow the steps listed below to help you complete this process.
1) Each student should log into their Touchbase account: https://ks-olathe.intouchreceipting.com/ (same account to to register and pay fees for the school year).
2) Select the ‘Registrations’ tab.
3) To choices are offered on this tab: a) If you plan to participate in a sport for the 2024-2025 school year you will choose ‘Athletics’ and/or b) If you plan to participate in an activity for the 2024-2025 school year you will choose ‘Activities’.
3) Next, see steps to access all the forms that need to be submitted for participation. The Pre-Participation Physical packet will need to be printed and brought to your doctor appointment.
4) After completing all pages needing signatures are signed, you can now scan and upload (5 total pages) to Intouch registrations. Please make sure all 5 pages are scanned and saved as one document before you upload. The concussion form, substance abuse, and transportation forms are to be signed electronically. No need to print these forms to submit.
5) Last step is to submit forms for approval. Once approved you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your forms were submitted successfully.
6) If you will be participating in multiple sports, clubs, or committees throughout the school year you will NOT need to go back and register again. Once you receive an approval email your submitted paperwork is valid for the entire school year.

Yearbook Information for 2024-25
STMS Parents: as you register your child for the 24-25 school year, you’ll notice buying a Yearbook is no longer an option to add to your cart.
This is because OPS is now using our publisher, Josten’s, to collect orders and payment. This way, you’ll be sure to know you have ordered a book, and you’ll also receive reminders from Josten’s so you don’t miss any deadlines (less confusion for everyone, yay!)
MORE INFORMATION will be available for yearbook orders & payment soon!
