We only have 40 copies reserved to purchase at https://www.balfour.com/texas/cypress/hamilton-elementary-school. It is not guaranteed that books will be available to purchase after these last 40 are sold. If we do receive a few extra, the price will be increased. Don't delay - order your copy today.

❤️💙 Field Day is rapidly approaching! We will be needing a lot of help to help make sure everything runs smoothly so please consider volunteering!
Grades K/1/2 will be on Wednesday March 6th and Grades 3/4/5 will be on Thursday March 7th!
Please remember that volunteering at Field Day means you will need to stay at your assigned location/duty until your grade level’s field day is over!

Time for another Picture Request for the 5th Grade Memory Book!
Please email your Mother/Son Night pictures to hesmemorybook@gmail.com! Please read the details below! Please ONLY send the requested photo; there will be other opportunities to send more photos! Not all pictures received will be able to make it into the book but we will put as many as we can!!
Please read the details below!
- Please only send 1 picture per student for each type of picture
- Please label your email with Title of Photo and Name of Student
- If you have multiple 5th graders, please send individual emails
- Please check the deadline date for pictures, once the date has passed the picture cannot be added!
- Every 5th Grade student will receive a Memory Book towards the end of the year

Birthday Book Bunch
Celebrate your birthday with the Hamilton Lions. The Birthday Book Bunch is a great way to celebrate your birthday and reading! The $20 fee includes: new book donated to the library with your child's name plate inside, birthday party in the library (the 9 weeks during their birthday), student's name on the birthday wall. We are looking to fill positions for the 2024-2025 school year!! If you’re interested in volunteering for the PTO Board or for Committee Leads please complete the attached Google doc by Sunday March 31st!! We look forward to working with you!!!
Hamilton Elementary School ID Badges
- Each student will receive two (2) photo ID badges at the beginning of the school year at no cost.
- One of the badges will be attached to the student’s backpack to be utilized for bus transportation services
- After September 11th the district will put in place a NO BADGE, NO RIDE.
- The second ID will remain at the campus.
- Store bought lanyards are not permitted.
