Interviewing: News Story Project

Student Directions:
2. Pick a teacher, classmate, parent, staff member, or reach out to a local broadcasting station to interview
3. Pick 5 interview questions, write your own, or use some of the ones listed below
4. Conduct an interview and take notes during the interview, write down what they say, or email them the questions and they can email you back
5. Write a news story about what you learned from the interview using any digital platform of your choice (buncee, powerpoint, canva, etc.). Follow the five values of a newsworthy news story. Remember to present the facts too, do your research on your topic. Present the information in a fair and unbiased manner.
6. Put the url address to your news story interview on the class padlet
7. You must participate in the lesson website activities and work on your assignment every day this week in order to receive participation points for this assignment this week.
