IAMacomb Update
November 26, 2024
Grateful
This time of year provides a wonderful opportunity to reflect. We appreciate the daily effort that each and every student puts forth toward their learning. It is inspiring to see how students respond to the rigorous expectations our teachers and the IB curriculum set forth.
Thank you for the continued support you provide to students and to the school. Your partnership is appreciated and such an important part of our community! Here is my annual appreciation video featuring the staff at the IAM:
I hope students, staff and families can find time to rest and relax during the break. I also hope you find meaningful ways to connect with loved ones during this time.
Diploma Programme
With the support of EE Coordinator Ms. DeMay, seniors have officially completed their Extended Essays (EE). "The extended essay is an independent, self-directed piece of research, finishing with a 4,000-word paper. One component of the International Baccalaureate® (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) core, the extended essay is mandatory for all students." (www.ibo.org). Second semester, the juniors will begin this process.
Attention Seniors: FAFSA is available!
