- Check to make sure ALL ELL documentation is up-to-date. Follow up on missing or expired documentation.
- Continue to work with ELL/ESD students and their teachers. Seek out opportunities to create inclusive, collaborative learning support of ELL/ESD students within the classroom
- Continue to monitor progress of ELL students in regular classes; Update consultation log as needed. All non-direct support must be noted on a consultation record as evidence of support.
- Update AIP as needed.
Start ELL/ESD files for new students as they arrive. Each file must start with a referral form, student profile form, documentation, and service record form on the front. Send new student Intake packages to the coordinator. These students are added as year zero unfunded.
