Cost Centre Files
If you have finalised your budget spending for 2019 (i.e. will not be purchasing any perishable consumables for the remainder of the year) please return your Cost Centre files to me.
Money Books
Primary teachers – when you have finished collecting money for the Primary Rewards Day, please return your class money books to me. They are a monetary form so must be signed back in & retained for audit purposes.
Purchasing Card Statements
I distributed the online printed statements last week, please gather your invoices and send in with your Purchasing Card payment record as soon as possible.
Purchasing Card
Please make sure you do not make any purchases on your Purchasing Card because the expenditure may come from 2019 funds. If there is no alternative than to use a Purchasing Card, please see me as we can use my card. Any staff member other than in Administration, please hand in your ANZ purchasing card to me so that I can destroy it. At the start of the 2019 school year you will be issued with new cards from NAB.
