Strength Training for Middle School Athletes at Train Insane Gym
Strength Training for Middle School Athletes at Train Insane Gym
Our middle school athlete program is built around one goal: teaching real strength training the right way — before high school.
Most high school athletes are thrown into weight rooms with zero instruction. It’s even worse for girls — they’re often overlooked entirely when it comes to proper strength development. That means no real plan, no coaching, and no shot at building the strength they need to compete and stay healthy.
We change that.
Our program teaches movement mechanics, strength training fundamentals, and builds confidence through a structured, progressive plan led by experienced coaches. Female athletes especially benefit by learning how to lift early and safely — giving them the tools to excel when others are just getting started.
We also run our Summer Strength Camp every year — a perfect chance for middle schoolers to get a head start before fall sports and high school training begins.
This isn’t random workouts or bootcamp fluff. It’s a real strength program designed for long-term athletic success.
