Greetings Bulldogs ~
Did you know that World Diabetes Day is celebrated on November 14th? I'm always amazed with the students we have here at EMHS who are not only knocking it out of the park in the classroom and excelling in extra curriculars - but doing so while working at regulating the sugars in their bodies. We also have clerical and administrative staff who train to make sure we are capable of handling diabetes related testing and regulation. This World Diabetes Day - I give a shout out to those who are conquering their challenges and to those working with them to make sure they are ready to learn!

I also want to give a shout out to our football team who have just completed the regular season last night with a GIGANTIC win over Union HS. The Bulldogs will begin postseason play with a home game on November 22nd. We secured a first round bye so there will be no game for the Dogs this next week. If you've been out to our games this year - you know it's been GREAT to cheer the dogs on to victory!! Please consider joining us and rooting on the the best football team in Edmond - and arguably - the state!!

The 14th Annual Taste of Memorial and Bids for Bulldogs event is happening Thursday, Nov 14th from 5:30-7:30pm in the Lower Commons. Tickets to the event can be purchased online by CLICKING HERE. The accompanying online silent auction can be accessed via the QR code below, or by CLICKING HERE. The auction will be open for bids from 3-7:30pm on the 14th, and you need not be present to win. Thanks for supporting this fundraiser to benefit our Bulldog student-athletes!

As we will need to make the day up for our missed school on Monday - the district will be adding in-person learning to the calendar for Friday, April 18th.

The EMHS Key Club runs an annual Giving Tree which is a yearly present drive. Families may enroll their students in this if they feel like a little assistence is needed this holiday season. Should you want to take advantage of this opportunity - please complete the form as soon as possible. You DO NOT have to complete all of the wish list fields. If you do not want/need one of the categories, you can leave it blank. If you have any questions or need help, contact Mrs. Hendricks in room 422 (upstairs in the Freshman Academy). Thank you!

For those students who have registered for any AP exams - the first deadline has already passed. To keep your student registered for the exam, please ensure that payment is made by Monday, November 11. If payment is not received by this date, we will unfortunately need to unregister your student.

If you need more time, you can still order and pay for the exam until Feb. 21st, though the late fee will apply.

Auditions for EMHS musicals are open to all students. If you have a student who might have interest in being a part of - literally - the best musical theatre program in the State of Oklahoma - please see the information below as auditions are approaching.

It's time to start thinking about Fall Ball which takes place on November 16th @ EMHS. This annual tradition is VERY popular and we want to make sure it's an AMAZING evening... As a reminder, the Fall Ball is the only dance all year that all students can attend as there are some restrictions on Prom. Tickets are on sale now! If your student would like to take a guest from another school to the Fall Ball - please be sure to have them complete the guest form by the deadline.
