FALL 2024 SPORTS
IMPORTANT: NEW FORMS REQUIRED FOR SPORTS
There are new forms for the 2024-2025 School Year
Please use only the NEW forms that are linked here and on the district website
>> Parent Resources >> Health Office Forms & Information
Forms can be placed in the drop box outside of Eisenhower beginning July 9th through August 23rd. Drop boxes are located at the main entrance during summer hours: Tuesday-Thursday 8:30am-4:00pm. Forms may also be mailed to school at the attention of the school nurse.
THE DEADLINE TO TURN IN FORMS FOR FALL SPORTS IS AUGUST 23, 2024
There will be additional forms for parents to complete in Genesis once the portal is reopened to parents in the summer. Your child will not be permitted to participate in school sports/intramurals unless all forms have been completed. We appreciate your understanding that it may take a few weeks for your forms to be processed as nurses do not have regular summer hours. Once the physical has been approved, the examination date will be visible to you in Genesis.
The school doctor must approve all PPE Medical Eligibility Forms before students can participate in practice or tryouts. Our school doctor is scheduled in advance to review all the forms for the entire district. Forms that are submitted late or incomplete can not be guaranteed to be approved by the school physician before the season starts. Per New Jersey Administrative Code, students who have not received clearance by the school doctor may not participate in any practice or tryout.
The Fall Sports Season begins on September 10th

IMPORTANT 8th GR. INFORMATION
8th GRADE TRIP
The 8th Grade Trip is scheduled for Wednesday, June 12th. Our 8th graders will enjoy a day of activities at Ivy League Day Camp. All school behavioral expectations apply on this day, including school appropriate dress. Some things to keep in mind:
- The trip will occur rain or shine.
- Students should be dressed to participate in all outdoor activities. The PTO will be providing a shirt which will be distributed prior to the trip.
- Picnic food will be provided.
Attendance on this trip is a privilege and is dependent upon appropriate school behavior leading up to the trip.
GRADUATION 2024
Parking & Arrival at Freehold Township High School
- Graduates should arrive at Freehold Township High School by 2:15pm.
- Graduates will enter Freehold Township High School to line up; guests will remain outside until the doors are open to guests.
Seating & Tickets
- Each graduate will receive 3 tickets for graduation. Due to seating capacity at FTHS, we are only able to allocate 3 tickets per graduate.
Graduation tickets and diplomas will be distributed Friday, June 14th before dismissal . All fines must be paid, assigned student Chromebooks and chargers must be received, and all unexcused absences must be followed up with a parent note before the student receives graduation tickets and diploma. For your convenience, if your child has any unexcused absences, you can find a pre-filled attendance note to excuse them in the parent portal under the "letters" tab. Or, you may use the DISTRICT ATTENDANCE NOTE.
All guests must have a ticket for the ceremony. No tickets will be distributed at the event. No lap children will be permitted.
All graduates should wear their graduation gown to the ceremony. As a reminder, 8th grade graduates do not wear a cap. Under the gown, appropriate suggested attire would include a white button down shirt and a tie, as well as dress pants and dress shoes or a simple dress or skirt and blouse, as well as shoes with a low to medium heel so walking in the procession will not be difficult. Students will NOT be permitted to carry pocketbooks, cell phones, etc. into the graduation ceremony. Please have them leave these items at home or with you during the ceremony.
