Visit the Welcome to the Toyshop! exhibition and then join a special toy workshop! Make and decorate your own Minibot that can wiggle and spin with the Brooklyn Robot Foundry.

Children aged 0-3 and their caregivers to invited to enjoy time in the Museum galleries for some art and history fun while practicing developmental, social, and mobility skills- all while the museum is closed to the public! A museum educator will facilitate storytime and 30 minutes of playtime in the galleries with an opportunity to mingle with other parents and caregivers.

Attention, Junior Detectives! Something strange is happening in nature, and animal friends need your help. Birds are in trouble—they can’t fly like they used to, their homes are messy, and some of their food is missing. Your mission is to investigate the clues, solve the mysteries, and discover how to help save our feathered friends and their habitats.

Our tours for 2025 will run from mid-February until the end of March on Saturdays and Sundays at 1PM, 2PM, and 3PM. Tours last about 30 minutes, and participants will learn a little history about maple syrup, learn how syrup is made, and get to watch while we are actually making maple syrup.
