1) Check out graduation Information below. SENIOR DUES EXTENDED UNTIL 5/16.
All Class of 2025 members have received their graduation information email/letter this past Tuesday. Remember it is 7 outdoor tickets and 2 indoor tickets per graduate. Please start figuring out who gets those tickets. We do not have any extra tickets at HHS.
2) If you have not picked up your free graduation Sign---come to the main office to get your sign. We are open next week from 8-2 on Monday-Thursday during Springbreak!

4) Class of 2025 Important Dates and Senior Survey Instructions
Senior Survey Instructions
EVERY senior must complete the HHS Senior Survey in Naviance. It is considered an obligation. The survey will be used to update the information regarding where you applied, the outcomes, and where you plan to attend OR what your plans are following graduation.
If you are planning to attend a post-secondary institution, this is also your final transcript request.
**When you identify the institution you are attending, please make sure to check the “attending” box AND the “final transcript” box.
The survey must be completed by Wednesday, May 21st at 3:00 pm. The survey can only be completed one time by each student.
In order to access the survey students must:

2. Click on the 12th Grade Complete HHS Senior Survey link in the “Important To-Dos and Tasks” box on the home page.
3. Click on the take this survey link next to the red diamond with an arrow.

Scroll down and click on Surveys from your School.

How to Complete the Senior Survey5/5-5/16 - AP Testing
The AP Testing Window is May 5th-May 16th, 2025.
5/15 - Final Athletic Signing Day
The Final Athletic Signing Day will be held the morning of Thursday, May 15, 2025.
5/16 - Final Day to pay Obligations/Senior Dues
All Senior Dues and Obligations must be paid in full no later than Friday, May 16, 2025. Not paying Senior Dues and Obligations will impact students not receiving their caps and gowns.
Senior dues should be paid by Friday, May 16, 2025.
Dues are $50 and include the cap & gown, diploma, diploma jacket, tassel, and class gift.
Dues are payable via MySchoolBucks. More information will be shared with families about online payments.
Dues are waived for students approved for free and reduced lunch.
5/19 - Class Speaker Auditions
Class Speaker Auditions are on Monday, May 19th in Room 235 @ 2:30.
5/13-5/16 - Keystone Testing
Keystone Testing for Underclassmen will occur May 13th-16th

Regular Schedule for DCIU Technical Education and Medical Career Students
6/4 - **Students Only** Class of 2025 Senior Decision Day Breakfast (1st Block)
The Senior Decision Day Breakfast is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, June 4th. Students will head to the 11th-/12th-grade cafeteria for breakfast upon arrival on campus (7:30am; 1st block) so we can celebrate all of the tremendous post-HS plans! You will stay in the cafeteria until 1st block is over, and head right to homeroom at 8:55am. DCIU Technical Education students can choose if they want to attend the breakfast instead of the DCIU on this date.
TBD- Elementary & Middle School Walk-Through
The Elementary and Middle School Walk-Through will occur on TBD following the Senior Decision Day Breakfast. We will call Seniors down to meet in the Auditorium no later than 9am for a 9:30am departure for Middle School, and an 11am arrival at the elementary campuses. All Seniors must take Haverford School District transportation to and from the middle and elementary campuses. All Seniors must return to campus and report to their 3rd and 4th block classes.
6/5 - **Invitation Only** Senior Awards Assembly in HHS Auditorium
Invitations will be emailed to students/families who will receive special academic, athletic, or service awards and/or recognition. The presentation of these awards will take place on Thursday, June 5th, 2025 in the evening.
6/5 & 6/6 - Senior Final Exams

6/6 - Chromebooks, Caps and Gowns, & Tickets
Caps & Gowns: Caps and gowns must be picked up on Friday, June 6th, following students’ 1st and 2nd block finals (beginning at 10:46am) from the HHS Auditorium. All obligations must be paid in full at this time to receive a cap and gown.
Tickets: Each student will receive 7 tickets for Commencement held outside, and 2 tickets for an indoor ceremony in case of inclement weather. Tickets will be delivered via Hometown Ticketing. There are no additional/extra tickets.
Chromebooks: Most Seniors have had their Chromebooks for 5 years. Any student who has had their Chromebook and paid the technology dues for the last 5 years is eligible to keep their Chromebook after graduation. More communication about eligibility will be sent soon from Technology. Ineligible students will receive the communication about the required cost if they choose to purchase their Chromebook. All invoices will be generated via MySchoolBucks, and will be visible through the PowerSchool portal.
6/9 - Mandatory Commencement Practice
Seniors are required to attend graduation practice Monday, June 9th at HHS. The time for practice will be determined and shared out with students and families. Students who do not attend the practice will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony.
Answers for Graduation FAQs
7 tickets will be given to each graduate via Hometown Ticketing. There are no additional/extra tickets.
All students will receive their cap and gown on Friday, June 6th.
Doors open at 4:00pm. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:59pm.
Handicap parking in the main lot is available with a Dept. of Motor Vehicles placard. HHS does not provide placards.
The ceremony lasts about one-and-a-half hours.
Students receive their diplomas on the field after the ceremony.
Graduation will be live-streamed – the link will be shared the week of graduation.

Jazz Band Auditions
Attention Students Interested in Jazz at HHS:
All students interested in participating in the HHS Jazz Ensemble or Jazz Lab Band during the 25-26 school year must complete a video audition this spring (due June 1st). See Mr. Fein for a printed version of the material.

Winter Update:
- In Track and Field News, Central League Results The Fords' Girls'' team came in second with Lucy Filkin winning the Shot Put and Discus and Abby DeFruscio winning the Javelin!
- Softball is ranked #10 in Distirct 1 with a 14-4 record!
- Baseball is ranked #1 in Delco and #1 in PIAA District 1 with a 16-1 record!
- Tennis season is over! They had a great record and had largest number of players in recent years!
- Volleyball is ranked #8 with a 13-5 record! Playoffs begin @ Home @ 7 PM next Tuesday!
- Girls' Lax finished the season in the toughest League in PA. Tremendous season for Fords' Lax!
- Boys' Lax is ranked #14 with a 12-6 record! Playoffs begin @ Home @ 7 PM next Tuesday!
