Thank you for making GLOBE Trot such a success!
Dear GLOBE community,
We want to extend a huge thank you for your participation at our 10th annual GLOBE Trot.
Thank you to all our students, families, staff, volunteers, and other community members for a fantastically successful day filled with joy and fun.
We raised over $140,000, surpassing our goal! We could not have done this without every single person’s contribution, and we are grateful to be able to apply these funds to enrich our community.
Watch out for a full list of prize winners in a future newsletter. Staff at both campuses put together a short thank you video, which can be viewed by clicking here or on the image. Thank you also to our 2024 GLOBE Trot sponsors. You will find their details listed further down in today's newsletter.
In community,
Christi Elliott-Earby
Executive Director

8th grade Leadership class
Collection ongoing for Project Period at UC until December 6
The 8th grade Leadership Class has launched Project Period, an initiative to enhance the quality of feminine hygiene products in our school bathrooms. While basic products are currently available, we are working to provide our students with higher-quality options. We're also collecting new underwear in all sizes.
How you can help: Donate new, unopened feminine hygiene products. Drop off items during morning carpool. Recommended Brands: Kotex U, Always, Playtex Sport, Tampax.
Collection dates: November 11 - December 6.
Your donations will help upgrade the products available to our students, ensuring they have access to the quality feminine hygiene items they prefer. Thank you for supporting this student-led initiative to enhance our existing resources.
Questions? Contact the 8th grade Leadership Class.
ECP / Before and After-care
All enrichment classes end this week. The only exception is Dance Enrichment; their last class at Upper Campus will be December 13 and December 18; Lower Campus Dance Enrichment last class will be December 19.
Spring Enrichment registration will open Wednesday, December 11. Most of our enrichments are limited in the number of participants they can have, so be sure to sign up early. Thank you.
