Wasco Families,
Our Wasco community is preparing for our yearly tradition of honoring Veterans on November 11th. Do you know a veteran or military service member? If so, your family is invited to share thier Veteran’s history in our all school Veteran Slideshow. Please click the link below for the process. Also, you are welcome to invite a friend, neighbor, or family member who is or has served in our Armed Forces to our Veteran’s Day Assembly on Monday, November 11th at 1:50. We would be honored if they would like to attend our ceremony, so we could show our appreciation for their service in person! Details for sign up are in the link below. All Veteran form submissions are due on/by Nov. 6.
Kind Regards,
Mrs. Stephanie Brennan

Order Spirit Wear!
PTO has partnered with teachers to provide Buying Day for our students this year. This has been a bit of a learning curve as we work to get parent volunteers signed up and fingerprinted. Thank you to all of the parents that have helped out already and for those that are in the process of becoming a volunteer. We couldn’t do it without you! Above are a few of the experiences that students have chosen to spend their Wasco Bucks on: Photo with a Teacher, and SSI Assistant for the Day. Many more fun experiences were purchased last week, so stay tuned for more pictures! Thank you to all of the parents who support our “Paws”itive Reinforcement System by having conversations with your students about upholding the Wasco Expectations. It takes a village!

THANK YOU, PTO!!
Last Wednesday, we welcomed the GO BIG BMX Air Show to our school for an exciting performance by Mike and Bill. They did bike stunts that wowed the crowd and shared messages of: Following your dreams, perseverance, and how to stand up to bullying. It was a beautiful, sunny day and the students were awesome! Thank you to our fabulous PTO for partnering with our SEL Team to coordinate this special event for our school community!
