PJSD Family Newsletter
September, 2024
Superintendent Message
PJSD Families-
We hope that all of you are well as we begin the new school year. The return of our students has brought our buildings to life, and we are off to a great start.
You will receive this monthly newsletter from district office the Friday following our regular board meetings. You'll notice that all newsletters from our schools and district office have a similar look as we will use the same "Smore" platform. This platform formats equally well to phones and laptops while presenting information in a consistent manner for our families.
Staying with the communication theme, it's critical that communication between home and school is tight to ensure the success of our kids. To that end, we encourage parents/guardians to contact our teachers and administrators with any questions that they may have throughout the year. While we may not be immediately available, we commit to responding to voicemails and emails within twenty-four hours on weekdays. More urgent needs should be directed to the office of the school that your child attends.
Homecoming is right around the corner. Please be sure to take a look at all of the activities listed below... it's a fun time of year for all levels:)
Finally, it's been a pleasure meeting many of you at Sneak Peeks, athletic contests, and community events. Plymouth is a very special place, and the bond between the school and community is exceptional. Together, we can ensure that our kids enjoy a wonderful educational experience and are positioned to excel beyond high school.
Be well, and Go Panthers!
