November 8, 2024
Mr. Macken's Message
Centerville Families,
In this edition of Friday Flash, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all our soldiers, veterans, and their families. Your unwavering dedication, love for our country, and selfless sacrifices have safeguarded the freedoms we hold dear.
On Monday, our students will honor our veterans by creating and displaying banners along Main Street. Thank you to our teachers for bringing this meaningful project to life! Your efforts not only teach our students the significance of veterans’ contributions but also help express our heartfelt appreciation.
Finally, thank you to our local Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and the CPTA for sponsoring this week’s incredible STEM Night event. It was a resounding success! It was great to see so many families attend and enjoy the many unique and fun activities.
Go Cougars!
Mike Macken

Winter dance coordinator needed!
Last year we had a very successful family dance in February. We have heard a lot of interest in doing this again, but we need a volunteer to lead the planning and coordination of the event. Can you help make this happen?
