The Greenbrook Book Fairy has been very busy sending home books with your children. Therefore, if you child has brought home books recently they are for you to KEEP! They are either from generous donations or books recently taken out of circulation from our library. ENJOY!

Do your students have unused notebooks that you will end up throwing in the trash? If so, we have a recycling option for you to consider. Each school has a collection box for a non-profit, started by a student in East Brunswick, Green Good Guardians is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices, supporting education, and uplifting the community. the SecondVerse Initiative: an innovative and sustainable program whose mission is to collect partially/underused notebooks from the community and repurpose them into SecondVerse Notebooks. Summer is here, and the reading is hot! Starting on Monday, June 24, Greenbrook students (including our graduating fifth graders!) are invited to participate in this year's Summer Reading Challenge from the public library! From June 24 to August 18, your children can earn free books and prizes from the SBPL just for reading. Find more details in the attached flyer. Have a great summer, and happy reading!

Our last day of school is June 20th. However, if you are looking ahead to next year, here are some things you can do:

• School Supply List for 24-25
• Sign up for MY SCHOOL BUCKS (lunch accounts, field trip accounts, chromebook insurance)
• Pay Chromebook Insurance Fee
• Sign up for Text Messages (OPT in to TEXT MESSAGES from SCHOOL MESSENGER just by sending a text message of “Y” or “Yes” to our school’s short code number, 67587.)

Please contact Pushpalatha Flint (pushpalatha.flint@sbschools.org) ASAP to arrange for disenrollment and transfer of records.

If you borrow a chromebook from the district, you will keep it over the summer. Stay tuned to district communications about paying the annual insurance fee for next year.

The LOST and FOUND is located in the cafeteria at Greenbrook. Items will be donated at the end of EVERY MONTH!

Please write your child's name in sweatshirts and jackets and on all water bottles.

Encourage your child to check the LOST and FOUND weekly.
