Mental Health Resources for Teens
Teens in Pima County have access to valuable mental health resources designed to provide support when they need it most. The Pima County Health Department's “Not Alone” initiative offers free counseling and support for teens experiencing stress, sadness, or a need for someone to talk to. Additionally, Arizona's Teen Lifeline program allows teens to call or text and connect with peers who understand and can offer support on any mental health topic. These resources, along with mindfulness activities and videos, are here to help teens manage stress and prioritize their well-being.
