GPPSS middle school students who have a Chromebook checked out must return devices to their school's main office by the end of the day on June 10, 2025. Devices will be checked back in by main office and reviewed by tech later this summer. Here are the costs for any missing/damaged/lost devices (checks can be written out to GPPSS and will be collected at the building level):

• $300 charge for lost devices

• $50 for damaged device

• $40 for lost charger

Please have your student look around your house for any library book that belongs to Parcells Library!

If you would still like a yearbook there are some left. See Mrs. Charuba in Room#100. The cost is $40, cash only please.

Summer is almost here, and we want to remind families that ALL MEDICATIONS in the office

need to be picked up no later than June 13th @ dismissal (11:36 am). Any medications that

are not picked up will be properly disposed of by our staff at the end of the day.

If your child will be enrolled in the GPPSS Summer School Program, parents will need to take

the medication to that program. The school will not be responsible for transferring those

medications. We will forward the current years medication forms to the appropriate summer

school location, you do not need new medical forms for summer classes.

If your child needs medication for the upcoming school year, the appropriate forms have been

placed in an envelope with the current medication the office has. The forms will need to be filled

out by your Childs physician after July 1st. This includes all prescription and non-prescription

medications. If your child has medications for Allergies, Asthma, Diabetes or Seizures they will

also need an emergency plan filled out by a physician. All medication forms and emergency

plans are available on your school’s website under Families/Health services and on the

link below.

GPPSS uses an online platform for flyers called Peachjar. You can access from our website and customize your subscription for any school or schools you wish to follow. The flyers are ADA compatible and nonprofits can upload for a nominal fee (less than printing). PTO and school flyers are free.
