Meet our Recipients

Zoe graduated from Lake Ridge High School in Mansfield, Texas and attends Xavier University of Louisiana. She is working towards a Bachelor degree in Biology on the pre-medical track. Her future goal is to attain a Doctoral Degree in Medicine and become an Anesthesiologist or Psychiatrist. Her volunteer efforts are spent helping her community in the New Orleans area and serving those in need through many programs run by her University.

Kemeria found time to earn her high school diploma and associate degree in science by the time she graduated from Lakeview Centennial High School in Garland, Texas. Kemeria is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at the University of Miami. Her ambition and passion to help others are the driving force behind her aspirations to become a Nurse Practitioner.

Kennedi graduated from Rosie Sorrells School of Education and Social Services at Townview in Dallas, Texas and is a freshman at Florida A&M University majoring in Animal Science. Her long-term plan is to become a veterinarian. She is a part of the Big Sister Little Sister mentoring program at Florida A&M and Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences. During her free time, Kennedi loves spending time with friends and family.
