Thank you to all of the parents who signed up to bring in a donation for our Ice Cream Party at the end of the month! We had 73 spots to fill and they were all taken in three days! We appreciate all of your support.

We are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month and every morning students are listening to Latin music and learning important facts about the countries of Colombia, Chile, Costa Rica, Honduras, Peru, and Paraguay. Please ask your child what they have learned this week.

We have four important reminders for you this week:

1. Impact Aid cards are due now, please return them to your child's teacher as soon as possible.

2. Cohort A's Lockdown drill will be on Tuesday, September 22. The drill will be at 9am and no late check-ins or early check-outs will be allowed at this time.

3. Our PBIS celebration for Cohort A will be on Tuesday, September 29 and Cohort B's will be on Thursday, Oct 1. Students must earn 50 points and have no think sheets to participate in the ice cream party.

4. Health Screenings are due by October 31st for Kindergarten students and those who have transferred to Clyde Erwin from out of state. Students who have not returned these forms will not be allowed to come to school on November 2nd. Students can return the day the health screening is returned.

We are asking that all student fees be paid online. Payments are quick, simple and there is no convenience fee or surcharge.
