Blue Rapids Elementary
It's all blue skies in Blue Rapids
It has been an exciting week at Blue Rapids Elementary. Halloween festivities were a success on Thursday with the students and staff showing great Halloween spirit by dressing up and participating in fun classroom activities. The students also participated in a Halloween parade around the square/circle.. The state bound volleyball and cross-country teams paid a visit to the school on Thursday the 31st for an old-fashioned Valley Heights send off. The elementary students gave out cheers and high fives. Good luck to the volleyball, cross-country and football student athletes in the playoffs. It's a great week to be a mustang!!

We’d like to remind families to discuss a safe route to school with your students. Whether it is on foot, bike, or a car we want everyone to arrive to and from school safely! For students on foot and bike remember that the safest crossings are at Chestnut & Highway 77 in Blue Rapids and Minnesota & Highway 77 in Waterville.
These crossings are monitored both before and after school.
