As we enter into the final week of school please continue all of your words of encouragement for that final push. The last day of school before winter break is Friday December 20th. This will be a min. day, students will be released at 11:50 please plan rides accordingly. And as always please feel free to reach out to our teaching or office staff with any questions or concerns.

Dear Lodi Unified School District Parents and Guardians,

Each year, the district desires to obtain community input to measure parent and family engagement, including how well the district builds relationships between school staff and families, builds partnerships for student outcomes, and seeks input for decision-making. Each year the district collects this information in part using the Parent Climate Survey. This survey also helps determine the allocation of services included in the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP), and is used to evaluate the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) for each Title I school site. It is a valuable source of information, and we hope that you take the time to answer thoughtfully. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. The survey will be available from December 9th to December 20th. This link will take you to the survey. Your responses will remain anonymous.

Please remember that Plaza Robles release times are very different than the local high schools. Students are finished with school M-F at 1:48 pm if they are not taking a 7th period. If your student is taking a 7th period then they will be on campus M, T, TH, F until 2:47 pm. All students will be released at 1:48 pm on Wednesdays unless it is a common planning day. Common planning days release time will be 11:50 am. Please be prompt on picking up students as we clear our campus of all students by 3:00 pm.

Just a quick reminder to please make sure to call all student illnesses into the office within 5 days. If you leave for any medical appointments, please bring back a doctor’s note so we can clear your absence. Your student’s attendance is a vital piece to their success at Plaza.
