Members are encouraged to join our monthly membership meeting to learn about the exciting activities in the organization. Guests are welcome unless otherwise noted in the pre-meeting email.

Please RSVP (even if you are not eating) so we make sure we have chairs for everyone.

Please bring items to the January 9th Membership Meeting. Or you may drop off at Golden Plains Credit Union before January 9th.

January 9th will be the last day to sign up for 2025 Committee's. Please complete this form online, or the paper one that will be at the meeting, by letting us know what committee you would like to be on. (Rank your top 5 with 1 being your first choice.) Once we get everyone's form back, we will work on creating the committees.

Don't forget to turn in donated purses as soon as possible. They may be brought to the January membership meeting or dropped off at Bank of Hays or First Kansas Bank.

Some members have been getting emails about renewing their membership. These emails are coming straight from our website and we are working on getting them stopped. If you have renewed your membership and you get one of these emails, please disregard.

Committee's have been updated for 2025. Members who want to serve on a committee will need to sign up (even if you are already on the committee, you will need to resign up). Please sign up by January 9th. You will be notified in January or February which committee(s) you will serve on in 2025. To sign up for a committee, you may do so here.
