Chemical properties.
The chemical properties can be seen by mixing chemicals, for example putting fire in a paper, so that means that the paper has as chemical property is flamable.
Physical properties.
The physical properties of an object are for example how it looks, how it feels, and what is its color, so its easier to find the physical properties than the chemical properties.
Physical changes.
Physical changes are when it changes from one state to another ( solid, liquid, gas) but it never creates a new substance.
Chemical changes.
Chemical changes is we're a substance is mixed or has come in contact with another on and makes a new substance.
